Step 1: Create an Awardify Account

Step 2: Project Submission(s) - Please submit the following for each project:

[  ] Download, complete and submit the project affidavit & photography waiver
with/for EACH project submission.

[  ] Complete all required fields on each project submission form as required.

[  ] Please refrain from mentioning geographic location, designer(s), contractor(s),
or client(s) names in any descriptions except for where it is a required field.

[  ] A minimum of four (4) and a maximum of ten (10) digital images (including 
feature photo) of each entry for evaluation by the judges. Images without people 
are preferred, if there are people in your pictures please blur faces fully.

[  ] Must include one feature image to be the face of your project when sharing with the public - label it "Feature Image". This is included as one of your 4-10 images noted above.

[  ] 8.5"x11" PDF of floor plans

[  ] Remove ALL references to project designer(s), client(s), and location on the floor plans.

[  ] All files submitted become the property of the masi Design Awards. Entrants permit
photographs, plans, and other details of their project(s) to be exhibited and displayed through
all media and any other publicity as determined by the masi Design Awards.

Step 3: Invoices will be sent out via Square.
